Returns & Cancellations

IMPORTANT: please also complete the returns form enclosed with the goods to enable us to deal with the return and any credit quickly once the part has been successfully returned to us.

Orders may be cancelled immediately and for up to 14 days from the day the goods were delivered to you.

A) Cancelling an Order Before Despatch or Delivery
If your order has not been despatched, we may be able to cancel the order prior to collection by the courier. We will cancel the order and issue a refund in full, including carriage charges.

B) Cancelling / Returning an Order After Despatch or Delivery
If we have already despatched the order, you will need to take delivery and arrange for the return of the parts. We will refund the order in full, including carriage charges, but you will be responsible for organising and paying for the carriage of the returned goods.

If the part is damaged or if we have sent you a part that is different to the one you ordered, we will issue a full refund for the part, delivery costs and return postage to CDA.

If you receive a damaged part, please report it to us within 24 hours of receipt.

Please return goods in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, etc). Do not write on or deface the item, its packaging or any instructions.

Following receipt and satisfactory inspection, any credit for cancelled orders will be issued for the goods and original standard delivery charges within 7 to 10 working days to the card used to pay for the original part.

CDA does not accept liability for the cost of carriage to return parts on cancelled orders.
