Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion applies to selected CDA Dishwashers (“Qualifying Appliance(s)”) that are purchased in-store and online between 1st January 2024 –30th June 2024 subject to availability or while stocks last.
  2. This promotion is open to all residents in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and Channel Islands, aged 18 years or over.
  3. The qualifying dishwashers are the CDA CDI6132, CDI6242, CDI6372, CDI4320 and CDI4420 (“Qualifying appliance(s)”).
  4. To qualify for the promotional guarantee, your appliance must be purchased within the promotional period and registered within 28 days of invoice or delivery.
  5. The promotion applies to the purchase of new appliances purchased at retail only. It does not include graded stock, ex display, commercial purchases or used stock.
  6. The promotion is limited to one purchase per household.
  7. To be eligible for this promotion, you must own the Selected Appliance mentioned above. If the product is purchased on finance you are responsible for paying the outstanding amount including any interest, charges and penalties.
  8. Your claim must be made after a minimum of 28 days from invoice/delivery and before 100 days after this date of the Qualifying Appliance(s). Claims made after this period will not be honoured.
  9. Upon receiving a valid claim, the Promoter (The CDA Group Ltd) will arrange for a free of charge collection of the Qualifying Appliance(s) (including all accessories and manuals). The Promoter will check the condition of the Qualifying Appliance(s) on collection and once it is satisfied that the Qualifying Appliance(s) complies with the Terms and Conditions listed, we (CDA) will issue a refund of the full product purchase price within 28 days. We (CDA) will not issue a refund for any delivery or installation fees paid when purchasing the Qualifying Appliance(s).
  10. Neither the promoter or retailer will arrange for the Qualifying Appliance(s) to be uninstalled or for a replacement to be provided or installed. On the day of collection, you (the end consumer) must make sure that the Qualifying Appliance(s) has been disconnected to any electricity and water supply. You (the end consumer) must also ensure that any décor door has also been removed prior to collection.
  11. The Qualifying Appliance(s) must not be damaged.
  12. The promoter (The CDA Group Ltd) reserves the right to refuse money back under this guarantee if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any part of the claim breaches the listed Terms and Conditions. The decision made by the promoter (The CDA Group Ltd) in relation to all matters of this promotion is final and binding.
