The Role
At CDA we understand that to be the best brand we can possibly be, we need the best people on board. Our work culture is inclusive, and we offer our employees a welcoming environment, allowing our people to perform at their best, delivering great service to our customers whilst achieving their personal career goals.
Our end-user customers contact us through our aftersales contact centre using chat, telephone and email. As a Case Handler, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you own the customer journey from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will use your skills, training, knowledge and experience to assess a customer query and provide an optimal solution, whether that be resolving an issue remotely or arranging a visit by one of our highly skilled engineers.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer/retailer contacts covering a full range of differing issues
- Turn problems around, cost effectively, positively and with the customer at the forefront
- Ensure that all contacts and information is recorded efficiently and accurately
You’ll be working 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with a shorter 9am–1pm shift on Saturdays, worked on a rota basis. We understand the importance of work-life balance, so while there may be times when flexibility is needed to meet business demands, we aim to keep things predictable and fair.
We also offer a hybrid working model – with two weekdays and Saturdays worked from home.
Who we are looking for
You will take pride in delivering an exceptional level of service. You’ll be a good listener; attention to detail is key and you’ll be the kind of person who finds solutions and takes ownership with a sense of responsibility.
You’ll need a friendly telephone manner and have good verbal and written communication skills. A candidate with IT literacy would be highly beneficial, as we rely on the latest software tools to provide excellent service.
You will be able to empathise with our customers and genuinely want to help resolve their issue quickly.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement—we provide full training to set you up for success!
What You’ll Get in Return
At CDA we offer a Competitive salary dependent on experience and up to 6% annual bonus potential after a probation and training period.
We are located in an idyllic rural setting on the outskirts of Nottingham in Langar.
We also offer an excellent suite of benefits including.

- Buy and Sell holiday scheme
As you progress at CDA we will continue to offer internal and external training courses and professional development support. There will be opportunities to develop your career through secondment and promotion and we will support you with mentoring and coaching.
