Once completed, the lovely team at Virgin Wines will arrange for your gift set to be sent to you forthwith!

Where is my wine?

If you have not received your wine within 25 working days of completing and sending your redemption over to us, please email marketing@amica-international.co.uk so that we can assist you.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Offer valid from 26th June – 26th August 2017.
  2. The offer applies to new appliances purchased from AO.com only. This promotion is only open to UK residents.
  3. Applications must be received on an official Amica claim form, together with a copy of proof of purchase.
  4. If after 60 days you have not received your wine gift set please contact Virgin Wines on 0843 224 1008 or email corporate@virginwines.co.uk. Offices open Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm.
  5. Please send a copy of your invoice/receipt. Amica will not return any documents sent to us.
  6. Amica accepts no responsibility for claim forms that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
  7. Amica accepts no responsibility for wine gift set that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
  8. No cash alternatives.
  9. Claims received after 30th October 2017 will not be accepted.
  10. Entrants must be over 18.

  12. The offer is a free gift box of Virgin wine for each consumer who has purchased a qualifying Amica refrigeration product from AO.com within the qualifying period.
  13. Customers are directed to www.cda.eu/aowineoffer where they enter the relevant personal and purchase details on to an online redemption form. Each claim is verified by The CDA Group Ltd and then passed on to Virgin wines who will fulfil the gift within the timeframe stated above.
