CDA Terms & Conditions of Parts Sale
Please read these Terms and Conditions and order guidance carefully. They outline your rights under current distance selling laws and explain how we will process your order and payment and any returns and refunds.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CDA parts e-shop website https://www.cda.co.uk/parts/. By visiting and purchasing from the CDA parts e-shop website, you accept and agree to the content of these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- – Who we are
- The CDA Group Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘CDA’) is a UK domestic appliance manufacturer.
- CDA manufacture a wide range of appliances, sinks and taps, including spare parts under three brands – CDA, Amica, and Matrix – distributing them from our head office in Nottinghamshire. Our address is The CDA Group Ltd (CDA), Harby Road, Langar, Nottinghamshire, NG13 9HY. Our company number is 02621460.
- – Pricing and Payment
- Payment will be taken at the point of ordering. All prices are quoted at the checkout in pounds sterling and include VAT at prevailing UK rates.
- Payment for parts is processed through our secure online checkout system, powered by the Stripe platform. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or American Express cards, and Google Pay and Apple Pay. Charges will appear on your statement as ‘CDA Parts’.
- Once the transaction has been approved by your bank, we will send an email confirmation that your order is being processed. This will detail the cost of the parts and delivery charges.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of manufacturer price increases or a change in the rate of VAT, unless you have already paid in full before the changes take effect.
- – Delivery
- We endeavour to ensure availability of all listed goods and endeavour to dispatch all goods within the quoted delivery times, and not more than 30 days after you placed your order, unless otherwise agreed with you. If you haven’t received your items within 20 days of the date of dispatch, they may be declared “lost in transit”. In such circumstances, we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched, or a full refund.
- We will inform you by email in the event of a shipping delay with an estimated delivery date and issue a full refund if you decide to cancel your order. In the case that any item in your order is unavailable for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative product or a refund if one is not available.
- In the event that you do not receive your order within the stated delivery times, you must notify us.
- We strongly recommend not making installation arrangements until you have received and checked the goods are suitable and free from defects.
- You must do all you reasonably can to ensure the delivery can take place and the given time and place. We will not accept responsibility for deliveries delayed due to inaccurate delivery information. If a delivery fails because of circumstances within your control, you may be required to pay for the cost of re-delivery, otherwise we may cancel your order and refund the cost of the goods.
- Orders are delivered by DPD. Once goods have been dispatched by us, you will receive a tracking number by text. You can track your parcel at DPD online or by downloading the DPD app.
- Orders to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland are dispatched by DPD Next Day Delivery service. Next day delivery is guaranteed on orders placed by 1pm on working days.

DPD aim to deliver these within 2-5 working days, however most deliveries are made within 2 working days.
- Orders to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland are dispatched by DPD Next Day Delivery service. Next day delivery is guaranteed on orders placed by 1pm on working days.
- Please note that your delivery date is dependent on order time and may change due to bank holidays.
- If you have ordered multiple items, they may be dispatched separately. In such circumstances the delivery charge will not be applied again.
- Once delivery of a parcel is accepted, the responsibility for it passes to the customer.
- – Product Specifications, Suitability and Fitting
- Details, diagrams and specifications of parts listed on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. If you have ordered an item that has an inaccurate product description, diagram or image, we will remedy this by providing you with a full refund upon the return of the item.
- Note that parts are sold through this website on a supply only basis and any support with fitting parts should be independently sourced from a competent/qualified person and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Any attempt to modify or repair a CDA appliance by an unauthorised person will render all CDA warranties invalid – see warranty terms and conditions.
- CDA will not be held liable for any injury or consequential losses resulting from parts being fitted incorrectly, or from the fitting of an incorrect part, or from injury caused by handling any part.
- – Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
- If you wish to cancel an order you may do so for any reason up until 14 days after the goods are delivered, as long as the goods have not been used or fitted. If the order is comprised of multiple deliveries, the 14 day cancellation period is from the date of the final delivery. If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so by notifying us using our Returns/ Cancellations Form.
- If goods have already been dispatched at the time of cancellation, you will have a further 14 days from the date of cancellation to return the goods, to us at your own cost, unless we agree you can dispose of them. Please enclose the returns form with your return to help us process the return quickly.
- Parts should be returned in as new condition they were received, along with their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject or reduce the amount refunded depending on the condition of the product and packaging on return.
- Following cancellation, we will refund the price of the item(s) cancelled (subject to 5.3). In cases where the entire order is cancelled, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery charges. The refund will be paid within 14 days from the day the order is cancelled, if parts have not been dispatched, the day the goods are returned to us if you received the delivery, or you provide us with proof of return of the goods. Refunds are made to the same form of payment used to pay for the order.
- – Faulty/Damaged Goods
- Where goods are being returned because they are received faulty, damaged, or incorrect (not due to accident, incorrect fitting, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear), and are reported within 14 days, we will offer a full refund or replacement. In these cases, goods may be returned after being installed and we will refund the cost of return delivery by BACS. Return postage charges must be proportionate and supported by a valid receipt.
- – Parts Guarantee
- Spare parts are guaranteed for three months from date of delivery if proven to be faulty due to workmanship or material. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
- You can claim on this guarantee by contacting our customer service department on 01949862012 or customer.care@cda.co.uk. We may ask for the goods to be returned at your cost and will arrange either a replacement or a refund of the cost of the goods.
- Conditions:
- The original proof of purchase is provided.
- The part has been fitted by a qualified or competent person.
- The part is used in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland or Channel Islands.
- Exclusions:
- Cosmetic damage, after delivery.
- Any parts which have become worn, discoloured or damaged in use, including damage caused by incorrect use or cleaning.
- Accidental damage, misuse or abuse of a product.
- Non domestic use, outside of the typical expected use.
- – Liability
- We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims.
- We will endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible after payment has been taken. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. If you tell us that you require parts delivery by a certain date we will endeavour to deliver the parts to you on or before the agreed date but cannot guarantee any delivery date.
- – Privacy
- Your personal information will be processed according to our Privacy Notice.
- Telephone calls to our customer service department may be monitored or recorded for training and quality purposes.
